Join the Online Inner Child-Shadows workshop for an opportunity for you to embrace an inner work journey to heal and raise your frequencies of your Anahata Chakra-heart.
Shadow work is the process of exploring your inner darkness or “shadow self”.
This work uncovers parts of you that have been disowned, repressed, rejected, and brings awareness to these heart wounds for healing and self love.
Heart wounds left ignored, may possibly lead to abandonment issues, repression, scarcity-orphan spirit, attachment issues, anger, anxiety or deep rooted insecurities.
This workshop will provide you with a potent container of time, safety and sacred space to lean into your shadow self and embrace it, through:
Yoga
Guided Visual Inner Child Meditation
Pranayama
Self awareness question prompts
through Journaling
Self expression and intimate group sharing
(Group Limited to 5 students to facilitate intimacy group work)
Take time out for yourself for your inner peace and emotional freedom, to live a life full of joy and harmony:)
This workshop is facilitated by Jessica Figueiredo M.A. Psychology
Jessica is a Psychology M.A., Yoga Instructor, Usui Reiki healer and Ayurveda therapy massage practitioner
who is an Empath and has personal experience with trauma, anxiety and self healed
through the ancient, profound practices of yoga and a variety of techniques
that she is excited to share with you too.
