Join the Get your Life Back Yoga workshop for learning the best tips on how Yoga, Pranayama ( ancient profound breathing techniques) Nutrition and Meditation techniques can effectively manage anxiety and stress in the body.
All of the practices are especially focused for decreasing stress and anxiety
There will be a Vinyasa Yoga class at the beginning
A guided meditation
A presentation on daily rituals/routine and nutrition
The workshop will end with Yin yoga for decreasing stress and anxiety
This workshop is facilitated by Jessica Figueiredo MA Psychology
Jessica is a Psychology M.A., Yoga Instructor, Reiki and Ayurveda therapy massage practitioner
who has personal experience with anxiety and panic attacks and self healed
through the ancient, profound practices of yoga and a variety of techniques
that she will share with you too.
