This course was simply amazing! The content, the teachers, the classes and the community. I feel blessed that I came across Bend it like a Buddha and I can’t imagine having done this course anywhere else. The 200hr yoga teaching course had so much value that I feel Bend it like a Buddha have overdelivered big time. I would highly recommend it!
I loved morning asana classes, many practical teaching opportunities, adjustment class and the Ayurvedic massage classes were
a great way to end the day!
I loved everything, every single moment. Great professional teachers, great combination of theory, practise, adjustments and spirituality. Food, accommodation, wonderful energy and beautiful nature.
It is hard to say what I enjoyed most, because the entire experience was incredible. I really benefited from pranayama and meditation and the reiki was an experience I will never forget. I loved that we were practising teaching from day 1, because the demo feel much less intimidating. Of course I loved the asana practises each day as well. (Portugal training - June 2018)
People, food, location, sun, amazing, very individual teachers that give a personal note (motivating, inspiring). The vibe, very good knowledge, good schedule, everything went very smooth all the time and there was no stress and negativity. (Goa training 2018)
I enjoyed all content from Asana, Pranayama, Philosophy, Meditation, Anatomy and Alignment. Most of it could have been learned online or reading books only. It has been an honour learning from two Masters as Farrah and Reshy and I hope to transfer these learnings truthfully. The setting was magical and the schedule well thought of. The food was excellent. The group was empowering and this was the most transformational experience of my life. (Goa training 2019)
I really liked the traditional and spiritual approach of yoga that was taught here, not only the physical. The customized emotional and self-development work was not easy but necessary to start this new step in life. I am grateful for each teacher that helped me throughout this eye and heart opening journey. Everyone was amazing, kind, dedicated and super available and caring yet with different styles and personalities. The step by step learning process is well designed so it almost felt natural to teach a 30min class at the end. Thank you for the wisdom, the fun, the positive vibes, genuine relationships, the feel good flows and meditations, the caring and listening ears. Thank you for finding the right words. Thank you for helping me grow, ground, open and accepting. Thank you for being so inspiring and for giving me confidence and trust for the world, for others and for myself. (Portugal training - June 2018)
Great school, great teachers and I met the most amazing people during my 200 hour training, thank you for an amazing time time Farrah!

I was amazed with both the breadth and depth of knowledge and skills that I attained during my 200 hour course. I would highly recommend for others to seek their yoga training through the Kaohsiung Yoga School.
Kaohsiung Yoga taught me Ashtanga yoga, Kundalini yoga, Yoga Nidra and yoga philosophyI The course was very informative and exceeded my expectations.
My training with Kaohsiung Yogi was the experience of a lifetime. The amount of effort that Farrah went through to make it such an incredible experience for us all was evident in every aspect of the TTC. I learnt from such experienced teachers that I will value for the rest of my teaching career. I also shared the experience with wonderful people from all over the world and developed new friendships with my fellow yogis. I would absolutely recommend this TTC with Kaohsiung Yogi to any student wishing to study yoga.

The sequence of the sessions, the practical parts and everything is well organized. I enjoy experimenting different types of meditation. The body biomechanics, anatomy and applying it in the adjustment classes. The background and experience of the teachers is great. The love and energy they are putting in everything is great. I have really enjoyed the theory, philosophy and bio mechanics/ body alignment classes. The diversity of subjects is great and the opportunity to sequence my own flows is helpful.
Also the Ayurvedic therapy massage is great, the references to Ayurvedic Science and different meditations and pranayama.
Bayan (Saudi Arabia)
I enjoyed the teaching practice, sequencing with Farrah and Alignment classes with Reshy.
Pranayama gave me a lot of peace. Anatomy and Philosophy were very interesting.
I enjoyed the friendly and open atmosphere and a lot of laughs! Open mentality, not too serious. Hands on practice teaching, exercises on sequencing.
I enjoyed the morning asana flow. Yoga by the sea was amazing! Learning different meditation types was helpful.
I enjoyed the group of diverse people from around the world-17 different countries represented.
I loved the sequencing, learning different meditation techniques & pranayama classes with Farrah.
I enjoy creating sequences and getting better at timing and warming up to prepare the body for the peak -heated section of my Vinyasa flows.
It was also rewarding for me to hear positive feedback and that my teachers and classmates enjoyed my sequences in the flow.
I enjoyed pranayama with Farrah. Pranayama is essential to the practice and helped me have less noise in my head, be more focused and I sleep more deeply.
I enjoyed the structure of the course, the mentality behind it, the vibe.
The teachers were great, the Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flows, Pranayama and exploring different meditations.
I love learning about science and pranayama. Enjoyed learning about Ashtanga 8 limbs with Reshy and how to live by them practically. I loved it all.

I enjoyed the alignment classes with Reshy and teaching practice and sequencing with Farrah.
Group work was especially great and I learned a lot about teaching yoga here.
I enjoyed working in pairs on my sequencing skills and was surprised that people liked my sequences!
I enjoyed learning about Ashtanga 8 limbs and how to apply them into daily life. Philosophy with Reshy went deep and it kept me interested and eager to explore more on my own.
I have loved the teaching elements of sequencing a Vinyasa flow and enjoyed the Ayurveda massage-very relaxing! The structure of the sections are well done. Intense but highly enjoyable. The teachers are wonderful. I especially love the personalities of both Reshy and Farrah. Thank you!

Deep insight into all of the topics ( anatomy, pranayama etc) The mix of topics is nice for example, meditation and massage.
I loved having a safe place to learn more and to develop my teaching skills.
I loved learning about the deeper insights into anatomy and philosophy.
I enjoyed the pranayama and meditation as balance.
I enjoyed the daily asana practice and alignment teachings. I have practiced for several years so it was very helpful to learn the breakdown of each posture's anatomy, breath and knowing the correct alignment of each pose.
Philosophy with Reshy is brilliant, very stimulating and fascinating to learn with a classroom of people from over 17 different countries!
I loved Pranayama and meditation. I loved the teachers openness for discussions and brainstorming and sharing with everyone.
Thank you for everything! I have found a deep space within my body for oneness...my ability to find oneness through the practices of asana, meditation and pranayama. The quality of the teaching is wonderful and just the model I need of living in the moment.
I love the variety of people-17 different countries represented! What a wonderful glimpse into Mother Earth and creation. Everyone is supported, accepted
yet challenged while demonstrating unconditional love.
I enjoyed the experienced and very open minded teachers. Everyone is very friendly and with diverse backgrounds. Teachers are very respectful and keep the authenticity of the traditions....it is not only about the "fancy poses". Asana is only 1 part of the 8 limbs of Ashtanga yoga and Reshy and Farrah did an excellent job
including them all into our TTC experience. I enjoyed how we took the time to see how breathing can impact all of the poses and teachers really broke this down which was amazing.
I have enjoyed being exposed to various parts of yoga, not just asana. Yoga is not new to me yet I was continuously in awe of learning new things every day.
Love the adjustment classes and I felt more comfortable in the poses and modifications.

The cooks alternative meals and everything freshly prepared were appreciated. I loved daily asana class
and the enjoyed the teachers experience and confidence in their lessons of asana, anatomy, pranayama and philosophy.
I enjoyed everything in this TTC. Reshy and Farrah are great teachers, very prepared, experienced teachers and both big sweethearts!
