• Daily classes on Vinyasa sequencing or Ashtanga,  adjustments, alignment, teaching practice and  methodology

This authorized Yoga Alliance hybrid 300-hour yoga teacher training is perfect for those who have completed a 200-hour teacher training and want to take their skills to the next level.

During this life changing 2 week YTT journey, you will learn sequencing techniques in Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga, as well as deepen your knowledge of applied anatomy/adjustments, Vedic and Patanjali sutras/yoga philosophy, daily meditation, and pranayama. The majority is in person at the studio, with pre reading assignment and post graduation online lifestyle yoga business course.

Our highly experienced, compassionate and expert instructors will guide you through intensive daily practices, workshops, and interactive sessions to help you refine your teaching skills and develop a deeper understanding of yoga and your true, authentic self.

Limited group sizes to ensure at least 2:1 student to teacher ratio for high value learning and integration. There are 10 students and 8 teachers. In an intimate group this ensures that each student receives plenty spiritual and yoga practice breakthroughs and many A- HA moments.
