The Accommodations
Bend it Like Buddha has two options of hotel or newly renovated, large apartment-style rooms. The first one is a private 1 bedroom, or 2 bedrooms near the yoga studio with kitchen, patio, bathroom, and shower. Meanwhile, the second option is to upgrade to a 5-star hotel city view or ocean front room for an additional fee. Both options are within 5 minute walk to the yoga studio and magnificent praia da rocha with Wi-Fi and air-con.

Dis–ease stems from energetic imbalances in the body rooted through traumas linked to our subconscious, emotions, frequencies, karma, chakras… Your body is miraculous in it’s ability to self-heal and will communicate to you through certain aches, discomforts or illness. At times we carry over past life’s traumas that show themselves as physical and mental pains.
This YTTC is a journey inwardly to the self to increase awareness and break off your subconscious, self limiting beliefs and auto-pilot erroneous programs. By going deeper in yoga, breath work journeys, atha gamma brain states, learn how to facilitate sound healing and cacao ceremonies, how to facilitate Usui Reiki healing sessions, and learn advanced pranayama directly from the pure source of the BNS Iyengar’s teacher Krishnamacharya of Mysore, India. Go deeper, with breathwork journeys and sound healing journeys in this program to not only nurture, heal yourself but also be inspired to facilitate these profound, ancient practices with others.
Daily Schedule

👉🏼 10:15am: Philosophy or Anatomy, Alignment Practice and Hands on Adjustments
👉🏼 11:30 – 12:30 pm: Meditation and Mindfulness Practice
👉🏼 12:30 – 1:45 pm: Lunch Break
👉🏼 1:45 – 3:00 pm: Yoga Class Practice, Teaching Practice & Adjustment Practice
👉🏼 3:00 – 4:00 pm: Gentle Fusion Vinyasa, Yin or Subtle-Energetic Body, Increasing 3rd Eye Intuition Practice
👉🏼 4:00 – 5:00 pm: Ayurveda Massage Therapy Techniques and Practicing the Ayurvedic massage techniques
👉🏼 5:00 – 6:30pm: Special Topics – Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, Inner Child / Shadow Work, Kirtan, Cacao Ceremony followed by light evening meal and resting
The Food
During this unique YTTC holiday, participants will enjoy vegetarian, tasty meals for breakfast, lunch, and evening meals. Desserts and drinks are also included, such as vegan cupcakes, daily plant based cold pressed green juices and fresh watermelon smoothies.
