In-Person Experience

For the in-person portion of the program, you will spend 4 days/ 3 nights in a newly renovated apartment just a 4 minute walk to the ocean and the beauty of nature. During this time, you will have the opportunity to participate in classes on adjustments and teaching methodology, as well as daily asana/hands-on adjustment, alignment, and pranayama practices. You will also have the chance to learn traditional Sanskrit and explore advanced Ashtanga yoga lessons. Additionally, you will experience evening yoga Nida practice, inner child therapy sessions, mindfulness techniques, chakra cleansing, and Reiki sessions, Sound Healing sessions, and a breathwork journey session.

Dynamic Online Learning

After or before the in-person portion of the program, you will continue your learning journey through our online platform. You will have access to online course materials, daily teaching practice, meditation, and journaling prompts. Online workshops on trauma-informed yoga principles, Nada Yoga, and sound healing and cacao ceremony facilitation. You will receive training in Ayurveda therapy massage, and learn how to facilitate a cacao ceremony with mantra and sound healing. Have lifetime access to the online content. Most students complete the program within 30 days however if you need more time it is no problem. It is a self paced online platform.
